COME & SEE
A new HTB church plant in the city of
Stoke-ON-TRENT
WITH A HEART FOR…
WORSHIP
We want to be a place of encounter, where God’s love and presence overflows.
‘Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.’
2 Corinthians 3:17-18
FRIENDSHIP
Our hope is to be a place of welcome and deep connection, where we can join with friends to pursue God more deeply. We believe Jesus calls us into friendship with God and we want to share this invitation across the city.
‘I no longer call you servants because a servant does not know his masters’ business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my father I have made known to you.’ – John 15:15
WHOLENESS
We want to be a place in pursuit of wholeness for individuals and for the city through the transformative love of Jesus, where wellbeing of the body mind and spirit is prioritised.
‘”The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house”, says the Lord Almighty. “And in this place I will grant peace,” declares the Lord Almighty.’ – Haggai 2:9
SO,
What’s
the plan?
In the first phase of planting, we are gathering on Sundays at 4pm in All Saints Church, Hanley. This is an informal gathering of people who want to be involved in planting and seeing God move in this city.
We are part of the HTB Network of churches. Planted in partnership between the Revitalise Trust and the Diocese of Lichfield, our vision is to play our part in the evangelisation of the nation, the revitalisation of the church, and the transformation of society.
The next phases will include renovating our buildings, starting Alpha and more regular Sunday services.
You can check back here for updates, or come and say hi on Instagram where we are documenting our planting journey. Or, if you want to get more involved then you can email our vicar, Alan Gault.
